Dear All
We invite you to a bushwalk on Sunday 13 August. We are going to explore a ridge with views, but mostly with dense vegetation. Put on long pants and sleeves. The mountain has no name yet.
Please drive as to our usual meeting place and when you see a big hole where the Shell petrol station used to be, please continue your driving forward. Pass a roundabout and still follow the same direction along highway but take the next intersection (Newman St) where the BRETT CRESCENT KNOBLANCHE park is. The best place to park our cars is if you take the first turn left and left again into Brett Ct (UBD Map 217, B12). That's where we meet and depart at 8.00 am sharp.
We'll start walking from the nice picnic area at 9.00 and should be back for picnic by 12.00.
Don't forget your picnic lunch, snack and something to drink.
We should be back in Brisbane around 2 pm.
